Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

A fallen tree fallen on a neighbors yard

I have a large tree. It has fallen,but not landed on my neighbors property. It is being held up by branches on trees on his property and has not hit the ground. It is a danger. Who has the responsibility to remove the tree?

You have the responsibility since it is your tree, on your property.
