Probably not, but if your neighbor has made such a claim, you should be sure that your insurer is notified.
As a property owner, you may be negligent if you fail to maintain your property in a safe condition. There are varying standards of care depending on the status of the injured party and what might cause the injury. Those details are more a matter of personal injury law than of property law. If you have a real claim in that regard, you should also consult with a PI lawyer. If your concern is just cautionary, let's say that you have some large irregularities in the driveway that might be a problem, you should at least point these out to the neighbor and caution then to warn the child and keep them away from this possible hazard. Warning a person (and the parent of a minor child) whose forseeable use of the land would expose them to a known danger that the person can easily avoid will protect you in most cases.
