Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
Is it possible to find exact information on the equity loan that was taken on the property?
I know the amount for equity line of credit. Need to know when exactly the money was taken ( dates) and how much exactly was taken on the given dates.

It sounds like you have some reason to be interested in the dates and dollar amounts take out of the line of credit. If it is not your line of credit, and you have some kind of dispute, then you may be able to get this information as part of a lawsuit.
I would need more information to understand what you are looking for, and how to get it.
Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you. No charge for the telephone call and no charge for the first office visit.
