Forclosure

I would like to know if I can sell my house through a realitor even though forclosure has began. I want to avoid the imbarrasment and I will profit in the end and have a sum of cash that I can get my family another house or have the means for atleast a rental.

I'm really conserned/worried about how fast they can evict me. Please anwser my quetion as fast as possible for you see the time limit I'm in.

Thank you and God Bless you

Re: Forclosure

Yes. It will take about 6-9months from the time you are served with a complaint for foreclosure. If you contact the bank with a listing agreement, they may give you more time.

Re: Forclosure

You not only can but the mortgage co. will love you for it. I have even had mortgage companies hold off on foreclosure sales once I got a client a binding agreement of sale. The lender doesn't want your house, it wants its money so they will work with you if you act fast and find a buyer soon.

Good luck.
