if i am a tenant in a home that goes into foreclosure how long do i have to vacate the premisise

If you have a written lease that is still in effect [hasn't expired yet], you may continue to live there until the buyer at the foreclosure sale goes through an eviction process in the court and you are served with a court order requiring you to vacate.
