can the bank trespass on my property before a judgement of forclosure is granted by the courts?

I am not sure what you mean by "trespass", so more facts are needed before I can reply. Please describe what they did? Also, what are the terms of your mortgage on allowing them self-help if you are in default and foreclosure has been commenced?
