Foreclosure Fees
I had fallen behind on my second mortgage. Loss mitigation dept called and said I had to pay past due mortgage, attorney's fees and foreclosure fees. I have not received documentation although I have requested, only would give verbal breakdown. What should I do.

I have had some luck in the last year representing people who are behind in the mortgage. So far, it seems possible to fight them to get additional time to pay off the debt. Knocking down the attorney's fees is different, but you have to have an attorney review your situation and give you some advice.
