Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
A friend of mine allowed me to store my camper at his shop while I moved to a new house and was able to get a place to put it when I went back to his shop to get it he had packed it in with trucks and other equipment so i couldnt get it and he told me that it would cost me 3000 dollars to get it back we never talked about payment or did we have anything in writing and now he says he is going to sell it if i dont pay him the money I need to know what are my rights and how should I go about getting my camper back

Sounds like you need a lawyer to push this guy, by sending a written demand that he cuts your camper loose immediately. then, you fight him using the legal system.
