Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

i hav sold a house to people, the closing date was to be august 10th .they keep postponing the date. Last reason was both realtor and buyer vacationing in INDIA

is this allowed?? we can’t even reach them

what can I legally do?

i’m pissed!!!!
