Homeowners Assoc. Fees

With the economy as it is, what would happen if I didn't pay the neighborhood association fees for a pool club that we don't even use? How would it affect us?

Check your By Laws, Master Deed and riders attached to your mortgage. They may be able to place a lien on your property or worse start foreclosure proceedings.
