If a house is in attorney review and a buyer wants to sumbit an offer, must the listing agent provide the name of the attorney for the seller if it requested by the buyer's agent? This way it can be sent directly to the attorney instead of the listing agent.

If the house in in "attorney review", that means that there is already an offer - attorneys do not review the contracts without have a buyer or seller on whose behalf they are doing the review.
If you are not the buyer whose contract is under review, perhaps you are another person interested in buying the same house? If that is the case, you should not be contacting the attorney, who represents the buyer [if that is who the attorney is representing]. Offers have to made through the listing agent.

I agree with Miriam's response. You should only deal with the proper representative of the Seller. To do otherwise might be interporeted as interference with the pending contract.
