my house in bergen county was sold to me as a 3 bedroom the last room has no closet can i sue former owners or town? Or have it reasssessed?

You cannot sue the town. You can appeal your assessment. As far as suing the former owners more facts would be necessary. If you wnat to pursue that matter call my office to set up an appointment.
