house deed
How to change the name of the house deed who is old and doesn't live at that house anymore? One person doesn't live in this house and the other does and they are in their late 50s and I don't think that they are worthy to keep the deed.

A deed does not need to be changed when a person moves unless they sell their interest in the property.
