What can I do to get these houses sold and bring legal action to my ex-husband
I was involved in a real estate scam where due to have good
credit I bought 2 properties under my name and my ex gained money by doing so to get himself out of financial difficulties, he said the properties would be sold as soon as he can, however he never did. The mortgage was never paid on both houses leaving the houses in forclosure, I am unaware of what to do in this situation the only thing I did was sign for these properties, which I am now held liable for, there is more to this and I hope I can get a response to try to rectify my problem.

You obviously need legal advice from an experienced real estate lawyer and possibly a bankruptcy lawyer. With over 30 years of real estate experience, I can probably help you.
