Can a husband and wife go on a deed as single, that is, joint tenancy/tenancy by the entirety. Can I sell my share of the property before I die.

a husband and wife can buy as 'tenants by the entirety', which means they own it together, and there are some rights and restrictions that apply to such ownership which are different from joint tenancy.
