Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
I'm looking for information on how to obtain a quit claim deed form. I'm newly divorced and my ex-wife does not want anything to do with the property any longer. I'm currently trying to process a loan modification with Wells Fargo and they require this document. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Mike.

I can draw up that deed for you for very low cost, I would just need to see your deed buying the house and your divorce judgment (and divorce agreement if you have any). Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and I will go over this with you, and give you some advice.

Or, you can go to a store like Staples or Office Max and buy a form. Best is to use an attorney so all bases are covered and you know contents are correct. I can also assist you, if you e-mail or FAX me all necessary information.
