Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I haven't initialled and dated the 3 day lawyer review yet

I signed a real estate contract last week, without dating and initialling the 3 day lawyer review section. The contract is now back from the seller, completely signed and initialled by the seller. I am suppose to go in today and initial the lawyer review section. I believe I want to back out of the contract.

1) Can I back out now without a problem and still get my deposit back?

2) Am I obligated at this point to initial and date the lawyer review area now, then get a lawyer to get me out of the contract?
