Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Hi- I had my ipod stolen when I valet my car at a casion/hotel in Atlanitc City..... is there anything I can do??

Did you report it to the police? Did you speak with the security or manager of the hotel/casino? What is there policy for this type of an issue. Did you sign a waiver with respect to their liability in this type of a situation. Other than taking them to small claims Court, if you blame them for the loss, and there is no guarantee that you will win, I do not believe that there is much else that you can do. good luck
