joint property ownership

my boyfriend and i bought a cond together the relationship is over he refuses to sell or buy me out he keeps verbally abusing me or starting a fight over anything i am 70and have hypertension and cannot endure the stress he is 53. he is trying to make life so miserable me for so i move out he told the neighbors its all y fault and i need a shrink he does not support me
