can landlord keep my girlfriends mobile home until rent is paid

my girlfriend is getting a divorce and her ex is in drug rehab. she owns a mobile home for a summer vacation spot. she can not afford her every day bills now. she has tried to catch up the rent but just doesnt have enough. the landlord will not allow her to remove the trailer and keeps tacking on mre monthly rent each month. how cam she remove the3 trailer to stop the rent.

Simple - pay the rent and move the mobile home. She owes the money and the home is his security for payment of what she owes him. Last resort, let her go to court and work out some payment plan before the court.
