landlord w/out my permission has diverted my electric supply to use on water pump for two additional tennants use?? municipal authorities no help, already won $ on w/held rent at 2 marini trials. Place has given no quiet enjoyment. Have pict.docs.since '95. Also presently drip (hot water-using oil I supply) since 2/01. NEED ATTRNY-PYMT FRM RETRO. ABATEMENT

Finally, GPU now Investigating, but slowly. Want out!
