Landlord's Request for Personal Info

What personal info is a landlord allowed to ask for before signing a lease?

-Social Security #?

-Your personal bank account numbers?

-Run a credit check on you & make you pay for it?

-Where you work/how long/how much you make?

etc.

A LL can request all of the things you inquired about, and you would have to consent prior to the LL being authorized to obtain the information.
