Lawsuit against Mortgage Loan Officer/Company

I got my mortgage loan approved for 5.75 %, 30 years fixed. At the time of closing we ( me and my real estate attorney) received paper from the bank for 5.75%, 5 1/2 year arm. I found this as fraud, cheating and went through intense pressure. Can I file a lawsuit again this mortgage lending company or mortgage officer?
