Do I need a lawyer to remove my sons' name from my mortgage?

Having a lawyer would be a good idea. More importantly, you need the permission of the lender which is difficult to get unless the loan is paid off and refinanced. � See also: http://info.corbettlaw.net/lawguru.htm
