Lease buy back laws

homeowner of 10yrs. went into forclosure a year ago. tried saving my home with a lease buy back. gave straw owner 50k and 1yr's of mortgage payments. Straw owner only paid 5 months of mortgage property back in preforclosure. Straw owner breached contract and has given me 60 days to move out. Do I have any recourse since straw owner did not apply payments to mortgage?

You may be the victim of "mortgage foreclosure rescue" scams.

You should consult a local lawyer familiar with foreclosure cases to see what your options are.
