Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
Leaving real estate to children
I want to leave beach house to my four children. After my death, if they do not share the expences of the property equally can I put in my will that one (s) share will decrease in value equal to amount not shared and be added to the one(s) who shared the expences

Re: Leaving real estate to children
If you want to maintain some control over the property and interests in it you may want to consider placing ownership in the property in a trust at or prior to your death. A properly drafted trust document will address your concerns.
