Does a company have a legal right to add money to your contract for legal fees if the case was dismissed without prejudice

Without reading the contract or knowing more about the case and why it was dismissed, the best answer I can give now is "maybe". Dismissial without prejudice allows a case to be started again, and the dismissal may have been on a technical ground. More facts are needed.
