What is the lenght of time in NJ before you can claim sqautters rights? This is in reference to farm land!

it will depend on a couple of facts, which you would need to discuss with an attorney.

the statute of limitations for adverse possession in New Jersey (this is ONE type of squatter's rights, not sure if it applys to you) is 30 years in many cases. not all.
