Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
i am living in the state of new jersey . i live in an apartment with my bf and his "friend" . this friend was fired from his job and hasnt paid his part of the rent in 2 months . i believe we have been extremely kind in letting him go. but we are completely fed up with it and with him, he is disrespectful and a slob. not to make matters and worst but my bf and i are expecting a child in less than 2 months. we can not afford to take care of a child , ourselves, and a free loader. is there any way we can get him out of this apartment legally?
