living with a woman,i like her to move,i own the home

hi i live with a woman ,i own the house, the relationship is over, she has 3 childran age of 11,13,21 year old. i asked her to move and say's she is moving but she is still hear, the verbal agreement was that she pay half, it hasn't been that way. i have morg, of 1350, water bil of 129 a month and pseg bill 250 to $300 and cable .ins, and she is only paying 650 amonth. help

You really need to speak with an attorney to get appropriate information. There is a type of law suit you can file against her to get her out.
