How do i take my mom off the deed of a house. She is agreeable. Thank you.

She would be the client, so she should consult with a lawyer. She should also ask about and take into consideration any negative impact that doing so would have on her eligibility for medicaid and other benefits, should those become necessary in the next several years.

On your part, if she makes the transfer for nominal consideration, you may suffer some negative tax effects. That's something you should check with a lawyer.
