Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

PS&G is sewing here for a unpaid billed. We found that out after my all my money in my checking account was taken by them. i called and they said being here name is still on the account they have the right to take the money. but how can they and thats my check getting direct deposit into the account and all she ever was just a co-signer. she never put money into that account! what am i to do????

You or your lawyer should file an objection to the turnover of funds with the court. You must do that quickly and before the bank actually turns over the money to the creditor.
