Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Mortgage Note

An associate of mine, with bad credit, wants me to lend him money. He has a lot of equity in his home. I wanted to lend him money, but also file second in line, after his home lender.

What forms do I need to file and where do I file them?

Thanks.

Re: Mortgage Note

Forms are available at any stationery store like Staples, Office-Max. They must be properly completed and the Mortgage recorded in the County where the property is located. Best is to have an attorney at least review if not propare and file for you. This is not expensive.
