Motorcycle Title Transfer

I purchased a motorcyle from a buyer and now they won't sign over the title. I'm in possesion of the motorcycle and the loan was satisfied by a loan from my bank.

A letter from a lawyer might do the trick. Otherwise, you might have to file suit to establish title to the bike.

It would help to know if there is any reason that the seller won't sign over the title.
