Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Municipal court.

I own a home and received a ticket for having a pile of wood on my property. I was not given a warning. The fine is in excess of 1000 dollars. Do I have a chance winning this case?

Re: Municipal court.

The amount of that fine is ridiculous.

I have been to Garfield Municipal Court before. Interesting place.

You want to fight these charges, and at the least get the fine drastically reduced.

You may want to have a lawyer assist.
