Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
NJ Condo Act
Where can I get a copy of the New Jersey Condo Act? I've tried to no avail to obtain a copy of this act as I am having terrible problems at my condo regarding noise coming from the upstairs owners.

Copy this into your web browser to get to the statute: http://www.lawrev.state.nj.us/ucioa/dtrpt4a.pdf I also suggest you check to see if your Town has a noise Ordinance which may be violated, as well as the Condo Rules to see what is covered on this and how to file a Complaint with your Condo Board.
Re: NJ Condo Act
First, look at your condo documents which should include provisions for what owners may and may not do in their units, and how the whole condo is governed, including dealing with owners who do not observe the rules.
The rules probably require owners to behave in a manner that does not disturb the rights of other owners, and may specify "quiet" hours.
You will probably have to go through the condo association management, Board of Directors or officers to have anything done about behavior that violates the condo documents.
You may find the Condo Act in a law library. I think that the library in Trenton allows public access. There may be others closer to you.
