Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
Offer Withdrawal on Residence
I am currently in attorney for the purchase of a home. I would like to walk away from the deal for various reasons. Its the weekend but I do not want to waste anymore time. What do I need to do?

if you are in attorney review, you need for your attorney to reject the contract for you. this is a simple letter. do you have an attorney? it should cost very little money to have the attorney do this for you.
If attorney review has already ended, you will need a bit more assistance, and I am not sure what the result will be. Get a lawyer TODAY, now, immediately. Please!
I would be very happy to help you do this. If you would like, give me a call; I am in northern New Jersey. I will be happy to discuss this with you; the telephone consultation will be free.

IF THE ATTORNEY REVIEW PERIOD HAS NOT ENDED, YOU CAN TERMINATE BEFORE IT IS COMPLETED, WITHOUT ANY REASON. IF ATTORNEY REVIEW IS COMPLETED, YOU NEED TO LOOK AT THE CONTRACT FOR YOUR RIGHTS TO TERMINATE WITHOUT PENALTY. SINCE YOU HAVE PROVIDED MINIMAL INFORMATION, MORE FACTS ARE NEEDED FOR A BETTER RESPONSE.
