Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
Option to Buy
If a lease agreement with a tenant includes the statement ''Option to Buy'', but with no additional details (No time frame or price) or an option contract - can this be enforceable in court? Additional info, optionee did not ''officially'' exercise the option in writing nor verbal.

Re: Option to Buy
Difficult to reply without seeing the language used in the document. If you could provide the language to me, a better reply will follow my receipt. Generally, this could be enforeceable, if there are any terms and conditions (not specifics) and all have been met.
