Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Option to Buy

If a lease agreement with a tenant includes the statement ''Option to Buy'', but with no additional details (No time frame or price) or an option contract - can this be enforceable in court? Additional info, optionee did not ''officially'' exercise the option in writing nor verbal.
