Pending Eviction

After a judgement is rendered for an eviction, what is the next step a landlord takes against the tenant

and how much time does the tenant legally have to vacate the premises after this judgement?

a LANDLORD MUST REQUEST THAT THE COURT CLERK ISSUA A WARRANT OF REMOVAL to a Court Officer known as a Constable who conducts or surpervises the lock out. The fastes a tenant may be locked out is 8 days after the entry of the judgment. This rarely happens. It is usually longer. Call me if you require assistance at (973)643-0040x-104.
