Re: promise to sell joint property

You should consult an attorney near you. Yes, you should have a written agreement. this is a real estate partnership, in many respects. I would need a great deal more information to advise you.

Please contact me via email, or you can look me up in the phone book. This website does not allow me to give you my phone number directly.

Re: promise to sell joint property

This is something that could be handled with a custom written agreement. In fact, it should be handled via an agreement as it involves your interest in real property.

The agreement could contain whatever provisions the both of you agree to.

If I can be of help in this matter email me or call me, just click on my information link for the phone number.

Regards.
