Property Deed
Deed was change 1/8/2005.
From out of my fathers name to
his kids.How will this affect the
house.My concern with the new
law being five years out of my
fathers name how will this affected
the property. The property ''Deed''
was changed to his kids.

Was the Deed recorded in the County Office for recording land records?
Without seeing the deed, I'm not sure, but if it was properly signed and recorded, that changed the ownership of the house to your father's kids.
If you have further questions about the status of the property, you should probably consult with a local real estate lawyer.
