Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

A woamn claims to have fallen on my sidewalk& fractured her elbow. There is no proof & she has health insurance. Am I responsible& can my home owners help me? I live in New Jersey.

please get her information (name address etc.), call your homeowner's insurance company and tell them about this. Ask them what they need from you to handle this claim.

That is why you have insurance!
