my property has a lien because my spouse helped a friend with his bail. do i have any rights or how will this lien go away

Your spouse has put a lien on your house? Not good. You have rights, and you need to find out what you can do about all of this, by talking it over with a lawyer. Your spouse did you no favors by doing this. It does not go away by itself.
