Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I purchased a home 12 years ago in New jersey. My parents got the mortgage for me . I paid at the closing table all fees. I have pAid all mortgage payment and property taxes for the entire 12 years.

Can they sell the house out from under me ?

That depends on who is on the deed. You may look at the deed and if it is in your name and no changes have been made subsequently then the answer is no unless there are other facts of which I am unaware.
