Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

in process of selling a house.
Buyer has posponed closing twice already and there seems to be nothing I can do while my house is off the market while buyer and attorney get paper work together.
what can i do legally, are there any legal repercussions against the buyer for this delay?

you have legal rights, and your attorney should be discussing this with you. if your attorney does not answer your questions, fire your attorney and hire someone who will return your phone calls and help you.
