Real Estate Closing: Attorney holding portion of my money

I sold my home on 6/28/02. Today is 08/09/02 and I still haven't received all of the money owed to me from the closing. The Attorney has $750 that is owed to me. I call and no one responds. I am ready to go to court. What can I sue for besides the $750 owed to me? Someone should pay for their lack of accountability.

The first thing you want to do is leave a message with him or his office that if you do not receive your money within three days that you will be filing a complaint with the Office of Attorney Ethics. Then, if you do not receive the money, call them at 609-530-4008. Tell them your problem and they will give you the procedure to follow.
