I have a contract to sell my house.Now its still in attorney review & the Buyer has only put $1,000 dollar deposit...There is no Inspections yet or appraisals...I want to get out of this contract? Help Thank You

If you are still in attorney review, you can cancel immediately without any reason. If you have an attorney, have him send a letter as per the contract. If not, call our office so we can help you.

As long as an attorney rejects the contract consistent with the terms of the Attorney Review Clause, you are able to back out of the contract. Be sure to act immediately, because there are strict time frames and technical requirements that, if not followed, would negate your ability to reject the contract.
