Re: real estate deeds

The deed should have been filed with the County Clerk in the normal course of the transaction. If you know the names of the parties and the approximate date of the transaction, you can find it yourself in the records. If you don't want to do that, any title company will do the search for you for a small fee.

Re: real estate deeds

I have read what the other attorney wrote, and as usual, John is correct.

If you can not get the deed, and the property is in the northern part of New Jersey, I would be able to help you to get it. Just let me know. If it does not take me much time, then I would not charge you a dime! (good customer relations).

My contact information can be obtained from the links below, just click on the Attorney Profile link. Let my secretary know you found me through LawGuru.
