Real Estate Ethics

We are currently trying to sell our home. During the process of chosing a realtor we narrowed the choice down to two. The realtor we didn't chose has gone from telling us how much they love our house to diswaiding potential buyers from seeing and bad mouthing it. Is this ethical and do I have any civil recourse?

you should have a real estate attorney assisting you, and the attorney should be screaming at this realtor in writing and maybe by phone (in the lawyerly fashion of course).
